Szestyle Aroma NZ Company Limited strongly advise our customers to read and acknowledge all terms and conditions prior to browsing the website. By continuing to browse and shop on www.szestyle-aroma.com, all customers are understood to follow and comply with our terms and conditions.

Shipping

Szestyle Aroma will try our best to dispatch the order within 1 - 2 working days of receipt. When the orders are received over the weekend or during public holidays they will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business. 

 

  • All orders are sent over using courier companies. If you need any additional delivery instructions, please email us info@szestylearoma.com for further action.

  • Please provide a physical address for shipping we cannot deliver any goods to the P.O. box. 

  • Normally your order will delivery to your door may take 2 - 5 working days once it dispatches for North Island addresses and 3 - 6 working days for South Island addresses. It will take up extra 1 - 2 more working days if the delivery address is around the rural remote areas. Please beware that during certain levels of lockdown, weekends, public holidays, severe weather events, and infrastructure complexity may cause additional delays.

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the shipping address is correct. Once your order has proceeded we cannot change the shipping address. For any queries, you can email us as soon as possible at info@szestylearoma.com.

  • Szestyle Aroma NZ currently unable to deliver our products to Australia until further notice. ​

Domestic Delivery Charges

- If an order is under $200,  without any dangerous goods and the parcal below 2kg then a shipping charge of $8 will apply. If the parcal are above 2kg we will contact you for extra courier fees will be applied.

- If an order is over $200,  without any dangerous goods inside and the parcal below 2kg it will be free delivery. 

If the parcal are above 2kg we will contact you for extra courier fees will be applied.

 

- If a dangerous goods item is dispatched (both orders under or over $200), a delivery surcharge of $12 will still be applied. 

Refund Policy

Note: 

Please ensure that the product you buy is suitable for your need and purpose.

For any product that is not suitable, we do not accept returns or exchanges (opened or promotional items) of the products you purchase and are not obligated to accept a refund. Refund policy does not cover the shipment fee for returning the product/s.

Szestyle Aroma reserves the right to accept or decline a request for any exchange or refund.

 

Return of Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive any wrong items, or the item is damaged and defective. We can evaluate the issue and put it right as soon as possible. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the order. Please email us:  info@szestylearoma.com with the reason for return or refund. 

Damage during shipping

Please check the parcel carefully, by signing for a consignment you are formally accepting the goods in the condition in which they were received. Please contact us immediately if you receive any wrong items, or the item is damaged and defective. We can evaluate the issue and put it right as soon as possible. Please remain all of the shipping packing (shipping carrier needs a request to see the damaged item to process the claim). Please send us the photo of the packing or the box with the product damage to email us: info@szestylearoma.com for further action.

Pricing

All online purchasing prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
