Special precautions: Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use on children under 12. Do not use on those with kidney problems.

Topical: Dilute approximately 6-18 drops (1-3% dilution) in 30ml carrier oil. Use a lower percentage for children and the elderly or seek advise from health professional when needed. Sensitive skin may require half this concentration, or even less.

Aromatic: Use 3-6 drops with diffusers.
